Late Registration for the Workshop can be made by filling out the registration form (Word 97 Format). The completed form should be faxed to Mrs. Cesarina Lucia at one of the fax numbers on the form before June 19th ^th, 2000.

The registration form can be printed from here Registration Form but please do NOT email the form to the workshop organisers. Only registration forms received by Mrs. Lucia by fax will be processed.
