Naming Convention

The following naming convention for the files should be used: date_author.ppt e.g. 23june_robida.ppt. |
|
Electronic presentations
|
|
All the presentations should be sent to before June 21st . Please bring a copy of your presentation as backup. The presentations will be loaded onto the Conference Centre's projection equipment. To avoid unnecessary delays during the workshop the use of personal PCs for presentations is prohibited. |

Papers
|
| Final papers should be sent to ec-gis@jrc.it before JUNE 15th 2004, or have a digital copy available to give to one of the organisers at the workshop. Papers should follow the format outlined here and adhere to the above naming convention. |
