Many of the INSPIRE requirements focus on service specifications and interoperability. However, organisations implementing solutions compliant to the upcoming INSPIRE Implementing Rules (IR) need a more coarse-grained set of capabilities. In this seminar we will present our vision for providing these capability components and demonstrate how existing technology may be used to build INSPIRE-"compliant" solutions.
