The major output from ETeMII was the White Paper on Reference Data, Metadata and Interoperability through Standards. This document provides a clear vision as to how Europe needs to progress to realise the full value of the many public and private spatial and non-spatial databases that are spread throughout the continent, at local, regional and national levels.
