In May 2002, the GINIE Project held an expert workshop on Data Policy. The meeting was an opportunity to update the issues dealing with data policy with recent new directives of initiatives such as the Aarhus convention, the draft directive on access to public sector information, the new regulations on public tendering, or the INSPIRE initiative.
